- Villa Fattore: 2 semidetached houses, with high ceilings and old tuscan furnitures, for 2 families of 4-5 and 4-5/6
- Villa Fognani: 2 typical apartments with wood beamed ceilings, for a family of 3-4 and a family of group of 4-6
- Farmhouse Casa Berto: roomy and simple semidetached house, close pool and riding school, with small loggia, for a family of 4-6
- Cottage Fornace:typical detached house with private loggia, close the pool, for a family of 4-5
- Farmhouse Vivaio: detached and alone house, roomy and simple, with large private loggia for a family of 4-5
- Farmhouse Archiano: large detached stone farmhouse divided in 3 apartments for families of 4-6 persons each. The house is perfect even for a group of 18.
- Each apartment or house can be provided of baby coat, high chair, baby pot. Special kitchen utensiles are available on request.
